Join us for these new Art and Wellbeing classes at Writtle Library every Friday afternoon, 1pm to 3pm.
With basic art supplies available, participants can engage in art-making while focusing on relaxation, mindfulness, and social connection.
This group is a great chance to meet new people, express yourself, and take care of your mental health in a supportive environment.
Free to attend.
