Does your child have difficulty dealing with their emotions?

At Clacton Library we are offering 3 FREE Workshops to children aged 8-12 to help them understand their behaviour and emotions as well as being able to manage their responses in everyday life. Tam’s journey is a series of books which will help your child understand why they feel the way they do, and that it's okay.

You will need to commit to all 3 workshops to enable your child to work through the journey.

The sessions are Wednesday 28 February, Wednesday 6 March, Wednesday 13 March at 4pm to 4.45pm.

There is limited availability, so contact Clacton Library by email or come into branch and speak to a member of staff.
