Come along to Billericay Library with your 'Techie' questions.
Our volunteer is able to help with such things, as getting to know your new device, how to use a computer and can also help support you with use of a desktop computer (available to use for free within the library.
He can also provide assistance with using a tablet or phone, from downloading apps to setting up emails.
