Feeling low, or anxious, or struggling to focus on one thing at a time, or life feels a bit too much? We hear you! Trust us, you are not alone. Come and join our 'Wellbeing Art' sessions with other like minded people . Each session we will be discussing different elements of wellbeing, and strategies we can use to help us to feel calm, focussed, grateful and more! All abilities welcome, from absolute beginner. You will not be expected to arrive as a confident artist, this is about learning art techniques to support your wellbeing and being around others who 'get it' The session will cover a different technique each time. Please note this one is for adults only, but will include techniques to share with your family at home.
