Multiply Financial Wellbeing Session by Enable East

Event Description

Free financial wellbeing session.

Do you have money worries? Is this affecting your wellbeing?
Or do you just want some ideas on how to manage your outgoings?

In our sessions we’ll cover budgeting tools, how to look after your wellbeing and ways to help you find a positive relationship with money.

There will also be the opportunity for each participant to have a 1:1 session with the trainer to get personalised support.

Every participant will receive a £10 supermarket voucher and a certificate of attendance when they’ve completed our session and 1:1 follow-up.

Participants must be 19+, based in Essex or Southend
and not have level 2 maths qualifications (GCSE/O level grade C or above)
