Miriam Gita will lead a Dabke dance workshop (Arabic folk dancing) for all ages.

Please come to the library first, to register; the dancing will then take place in the William Loveless Hall, opposite.

Dabke is a popular line dance similar to circle dancing and danced for fun and community interaction at parties throughout the Middle East. Miriam will be teaching the basic Palestinian step as well as Jordanian, Syrian and Lebanese variations.

Refreshments available.
