Join us for a day of inspiring stories, creative activities and empowering sessions, including: Women in Harmony at 10am, a joyful singing group lead by Lisa Strong; Hikari singing bowls at 2pm and Auricular acupressure with ear seeds at 2.45pm.

Refreshments will be available.
