Get ready for a spooky time at Loughton Library this Halloween!
Enjoy a free Halloween themed craft and listen to spooky stories.
Fancy dress welcome. A professional face painter will be available.
Face painting £6 per child for ages 3 and over. Max 25 children.
Book your place with library staff.
