Event Description
Join us at Brentwood Library for a hands-on CPR workshop and an informal chat with representatives from SADS UK — a cardiac charity dedicated to saving lives through vital information, medical research, and the provision of life‑saving equipment to help prevent sudden cardiac death.
This interactive workshop will teach the basics of CPR and help parents, grandparents, carers, children, or anyone, become familiar with staying calm in an emergency.
No need to book, just drop in.
