Do you look after a family member or friend who couldn't manage without you?
Action for family carers and Essex carers support are working in partnership to help support you in your caring role.
We offer practical help, emotional support, counselling and support groups.
Drop-in event run by Veronica Sadowsky - Carer Support Worker
