Join artist Dale for Action Art Play - a relaxed, creative session specially designed for people living with dementia.
Combining gentle movement, games and art-making, this welcoming session encourages participants to connect, express themselves and enjoy the moment in a supportive environment. It’s a chance to get active, spark creativity and relax together.
Running alongside our August Memory Cafe session and open to anyone to join in.
