Friendly one-to-one help with computers, smartphones, tablets and online services. Bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone for basic advice and support.
Please note that our One-to-One Tech Basics sessions provide friendly support to help you build confidence using everyday technology. We can guide and advise, but we cannot carry out repairs, provide specialist technical support, handle financial transactions, or take responsibility for personal data or online accounts. Customers should bring any usernames, passwords and devices they wish to use during the session.
Free event, booking required.
Before you can book a session, you will be asked to complete a questionaire as part of the booking process to help us tailor your one-to-one tech basics session. Please answer a few quick questions about your experience with computers or your device and what you’d like help with. It should take less than two minutes to complete.
