Blood Pressure Machine: One Year Celebration

Join us as we celebrate the first anniversary of the blood pressure machine at the library with a special event in support of Know Your Numbers Week.
This free drop-in event will feature Sport for Confidence's Neighbourhood Health Occupational Therapy Service, who will be on hand to support people who may be at risk of high blood pressure (hypertension) and cardiovascular disease (CVD). Along with Active Essex.
Visitors can find out more about their health, receive advice and guidance, and explore ways to become more physically active to improve their overall wellbeing. Whether you're looking to understand your blood pressure better or take positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle, everyone is welcome to come along and get involved.
No booking is required. Simply drop in and take the opportunity to know your numbers and support your heart health.
