Come along to Shenfield Library for Restart a Heart Day. Have a friendly chat with a representative of SADS UK: a cardiac charity that aims to save lives by providing information, funding research and medical equipment to prevent sudden cardiac death.
We will also be having a CPR practical demonstration and Defibilrator training.
