'Grateful Gouache' (Gouache painting of a snow scene, discussing gratefulness/ appreciation and the stress that Christmas can bring).
Join ACL Family Learning for a Wellbeing Mindful Art session: An introduction to mindfulness.
This will use art and crafts as a method of being in the moment. We will explain what mindfulness is, the benefits and how you can build this in to your day.
