PANDAS Support Group is a friendly, informal meet-up, run by a trained group facilitator. It provides a safe, gentle space for you and your baby, where you can meet other parents, talk honestly, share experiences, or simply sit with others who understand. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, lonely, or unsure where to turn, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Taking place on the last Monday of the month, 9am-10am in. This session will take place in  The Imagination Centre
