All abilities welcome, from absolute beginner. You will not be expected to arrive as a confident artist, this is about learning art techniques to support your wellbeing and being around others who 'get it' The sessions will cover a different technique each time.
Please note this course is for adults only, but will include techniques to share with your family at home.
