Ingatestone Library is pleased to be joined by Vita Health Group on Mondays, 2.30pm to 4pm.
Vita Health Group operate alongside the NHS and offer a free and confidential Talking Therapy service designed to support individuals by providing the tools needed to get things back on track. It’s a free service.
