Come and meet Betty the Octopus, our Active Essex mascot and learn about Active Essex and the support available to help you “Find Your Active.” This could include fully funded holiday clubs for eligible children, or opportunities to discover a new hobby, activity, or sport that suits your lifestyle.
Active Essex is the Physical Activity and Sport Partnership for Essex. Their vision is to create an active Essex to improve everyone's health and wellbeing, working together across systems to make physical activity a part of everyday life.
