Seated Exercise boosts strength, flexibility, and mobility, empowering our community to stay active, independent while having fun and making new friends while exercising. Our sessions are free as we have been funded by Active Essex to host these beneficial health focused sessions. We advise to book online as spaces are limited – walk ins welcomed! Feel stronger and more confident, no matter your age! 

Just pop into the library and a member of staff will be happy to help you book or email loughton.library@essex.gov.uk
