This event is suitable for those aged 5 and upwards.
This fun and interactive workshop will teach the basics of CPR and help parents, grandparents, carers, children, or anyone, become familiar with staying calm in an emergency.
Come along to Shenfield Library for a CPR Workshop with a representative of SADS UK, a cardiac charity that aims to save lives to prevent sudden cardiac death.
